◆ Cell Insertion Machine: Features automatic cell feeding compatible with winding machines or whole-tray cell loading, automatic conveyor chain transport, automatic picking and feeding, automatic cell diameter detection, automatic punching and placement of insulation discs, automatic tab folding, CCD automatic tab inspection, automatic steel case dust removal, automatic cell insertion, automatic rejection of defective products, and automatic discharge of qualified products.


◆ Automatic Bottom Welding & Gasket Placement Machine: Performs automatic battery feeding, CCD automatic inspection of the cell center hole, automatic needle insertion, servo-controlled bottom spotting, servo-controlled weld pull test, automatic punching and placement of top insulation discs with presence detection, automatic transfer via conveyor chain with nesting cups, and automatic discharge.

 

◆ Rolling Grooving Machine: Executes automatic grooving, automatic dust extraction, automatic glue application, and automatic discharge.

 

◆ Cap Welding Machine: Conducts automatic feeding, automatic tab alignment, automatic tab forming, automatic cap feeding, automatic cap welding, automatic cap pull test, automatic rejection of defective products, and automatic discharge of qualified products.


◆ X-RAY Inspection Machine: Utilizes an X-ray generator to emit X-rays penetrating the battery interior, received by an image intensifier for imaging and capture. Computer software processes the images for automatic analysis and judgment, identifying acceptable and defective products, automatically sorting out defects, and discharging qualified products.


◆ Whole-Tray Battery Receiving Machine: Performs automatic battery feeding, manual stacking of loading trays, automatic battery placement into trays, automatic discharge of full trays, and manual tray collection.


◆ Electrolyte Filling Machine: Handles whole-tray loading, automatic picking, automatic cap orientation alignment, pre-filling weighing, automatic filling (5 filling cycles), automatic vacuum standing (8 standing cycles), post-filling weighing, rejection of unqualified products, automatic cap closing, and automatic discharge.


◆ Sealing Machine: Manages automatic battery feeding, automatic sealing employing a four-stage process (pre-sealing, second sealing, third sealing, squat sealing), with the squat sealing station operating independently. Post-sealing, it automatically checks overall battery height and tests for short circuits, along with CCD automatic inspection of the seal appearance, automatically rejects defective products, and discharges qualified products.


◆ Cleaning Machine: Executes automatic battery feeding, automatic conveying, automatic spray brushing, automatic clean water rinse, automatic water removal, automatic blow-drying, automatic anti-rust oil spraying, automatic baking and blow-drying, and automatic discharge.


◆ Sleeving Machine: Handles automatic battery feeding, automatic conveying, roll-fed sleeve material loading, whole-roll PVC gasket material loading, automatic sleeving, automatic punching and placement of top insulation discs with presence detection, automatic heat shrinking of sleeves, and automatic discharge.
