Type
Horizontal Laser Welding Capping Machine
The High-Precision Sealing Machine, newly developed by Zhuote, is designed for primary, secondary, and tertiary battery sealing as well as upsetting processes. An upgrade from previous models, it features independently separated mold heads for each station.
Housing Grooving Machine
The machine operates with manual feeding, where batteries are placed into nesting fixtures. The conveyor belt then transports these fixtures to designated positions. A cylinder pushes the battery into the grooving station for processing.
Bottom Spot Welding Machine
The battery feeding system supports either manual needle insertion with conveyor belt feeding or hopper storage and discharge methods. The process involves: automatic battery pushing via a pushing mechanism, automatic positioning and transfer, bottom welding by resistance welding machine, automatic needle extraction, needle collection into boxes, battery discharge through material chutes, and manual collection of finished products.
