The machine utilizes belt-conveyed feeding to transport batteries into a rotary index table where they are precisely positioned. It automatically aligns battery caps, locates and straightens the tabs, then performs laser welding between the caps and tabs, ensuring secure and reliable welds without voids or detachment, with excellent consistency.
