9v Battery Assembly Line

9V Battery Assembly Line is an automated battery spot welding and assembly production line independently developed and manufactured by Zhuote. It is primarily used for assembling finished 9V batteries by performing series spot welding of six 1.5V cells and housing them.
The process includes: automatic feeding via hopper, series spot welding of two cells, automatic insertion into the housing, complete series spot welding of all six cells, automatic punching and placement of insulating gaskets, automatic cover welding and closing, automatic sleeving with transparent film (optional), automatic transfer into the steel case with punching and placement of the bottom insulating gasket, automatic sealing (with automatic electrical measurement before and after sealing), and automatic finished battery collection in trays.

The 9V Battery Assembly Line mainly consists of:

◆ Whole-tray battery feeding, automatic battery picking and discharging;

◆ Whole-roll nickel strip feeding, automatic length setting, automatic cutting, automatic feeding and welding;

◆ Automatic combination and welding of two cells, with welded units automatically conveyed and discharged;

◆ Automatic grouping of welded battery units, with assembled batteries automatically loaded into nesting fixtures;

◆ Automatic positioning of batteries in nesting fixtures for series welding;

◆ Turret-type transfer of battery nesting fixtures, automatically separating batteries from fixtures;

◆ Whole-roll PVC film feeding, automatic length setting, automatic cutting, automatically sleeving batteries;

◆ Film shrinking in heat tunnel, automatic discharge;

◆ Turret-type transfer of battery nesting fixtures, automatically pushing batteries into fixtures, feeding and discharging;

◆ Whole-roll insulation sheet feeding, automatic length-based feeding, punching and placing insulation gaskets;

◆ Cap feeding via vibratory bowl, automatic positioning and feeding;

◆ Automatic positioned cap welding and assembly;

◆ Automatic online short-circuit testing, automatic rejection of defective products;

◆ Whole-tray steel case feeding, automatic picking and transferring;

◆ Positioned feeding of welded batteries, automatic case transfer, with nesting fixtures recirculated;

◆ Bottom insulation disc feeding via vibratory bowl, automatic positioning, automatically placing disc into battery case;

◆ Servo motor-driven pressing for automatic sealing;

◆ Automatic online short-circuit testing, automatic rejection of defective products;

◆ Qualified batteries automatically collected and boxed, manual removal of full boxes.
